Encryption in Transit and at Rest

All data transmitted between your device and our servers uses TLS 1.2 or higher. Stored payment identifiers — including UPI handles and Paytm numbers — are encrypted at rest using AES-256 so they cannot be read even if a storage layer is compromised.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep your session active, analytics cookies to understand how you move through the lobby, and preference cookies to remember your language and deposit method. You can adjust non-essential cookie categories from the Cookie Settings panel in your account.

Data Retention Schedule

We keep your account data for as long as your account remains active, plus a period required under applicable financial record-keeping rules. Once that period lapses, your personal identifiers are deleted from our live systems and from our encrypted backups within 30 days.

Third-Party Data Sharing

Your data is shared only with payment processors such as UPI gateways, Paytm and PhonePe, and with fraud-detection partners. Each partner operates under a data processing agreement that limits them to using your data solely for the task we have engaged them for.

Your Right to Access and Correct

You may request a full export of the personal data we hold on your account at any time. If any detail is inaccurate — your registered mobile number, email, or linked PhonePe ID — you can request a correction through the in-account form or by emailing our privacy team.

Account Closure and Erasure

If you choose to close your account, we will erase your personal identifiers from marketing lists immediately. Transaction records required under applicable law are retained for the minimum legal period and then permanently deleted. We will confirm erasure completion to your registered email.

We collect your name, email address, mobile number, and the payment identifiers you use — such as your UPI handle, Paytm or PhonePe number. We also collect your device type and IP address for security and fraud-prevention purposes, but nothing beyond what is needed to run your account.

We store only a tokenised reference to your payment method — never the full raw credentials. Your UPI handle or Paytm number is encrypted before storage and is accessible only to the payment-processor integration layer, not to general staff or systems.
